It's now made from water-resistant recycled materials but packs the same durability and ruggedness. It's not just tough; it's really practical, too, with a tonne of thought-through features that make it an explorer's best friend. Use it as a duffel when it's in transit with the two padded side handles, or wear it as a backpack with the detachable, adjustable ergonomic shoulder straps when you're on the move. It opens right up, so you can see what you've packed in its spacious 150-litre capacity. If you do manage to over-pack, the four compression straps help you find space for a little more.

When the sun comes out, the whole jacket packs neatly away into a hand pocket so that it takes up less room while you're on the move.

Colder Temperatures

Layers add warmth, so wear this jacket with a baselayer, fleece midlayer and waterproof outer shell if it’s wet and windy.

Wash with special care

Down products are delicate and need special care to maintain maximum effectiveness. Using ONLY a front-loading machine, wash in warm water with a liquid detergent specific to down (without bleach) on a gentle cycle and low spin. You may wish to repeat the rinse cycle to be sure all soap residue is removed. An extra spin cycle will help remove excess water. Do not lift the product from the washer; scoop it from the bottom.

Close all fastenings

Before cleaning, turn your product inside out and close all Velcro® fastenings and zips to prevent accidental damage.

Have it professionally cleaned

If you can’t fit your down product in your washing machine or tumble dryer, we recommend that you have it professionally cleaned by a service that specialises in cleaning down. It will save you time and energy.

Tumble dry on a low setting

Tumble dry your down product over a long period on a low setting. It is also important that you wash and dry items individually. We recommend adding tennis or tumble dryer balls to the dryer to make sure the down does not clump.

Do not hang dry

If you don’t have a tumble dryer, you can dry your down product over a radiator. Move it around every now and then to retain the down’s loft.

Hang dry

Leave your garment to hang-dry naturally.

It boasts waterproof, windproof and breathable DryVent™ fabric technology as well as insulating Heatseeker™ Eco for warmth. Underarm vents come in handy on warmer days or when really charging the slopes. There’s an internal phone pocket and the wrist pocket features a goggle wipe.
