Updated for this season with a new tough and durable diamond ripstop construction and stuffed with 700-fill of insulating recycled down, it delivers welcome warmth on chilly hikes with lightning speed. Elasticated cuffs and an adjustable hem lock in body heat, while the zipped pockets are ideal for keeping valuables, snacks and other essentials secure. It’s pretty hardy, too, thanks to the woven, water-repellent fabric. Layer it over a shell when taking a well-earned rest or wear it over a midlayer on dry but cold days.
